About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to help people find their dream homes in one of the world’s most dynamic cities? Joining our Abu Dhabi real estate team as an Agent could be your next great move. Whether you’re a seasoned property pro or someone with a deep passion for hospitality and sales, this role is about more than square footage — it’s about building lasting relationships (and maybe even celebrating a client’s first keys over a cup of Arabic coffee).
About the Company
We’re not your average real estate firm. Our office hums with a mix of laughter, deal-making, and genuine support — you’ll notice the buzz as soon as you step in (our Monday morning breakfasts might have something to do with that). Over the past few years, we've carved out a reputation for matching people with spaces that truly suit their lifestyles, not just their budgets. Our team champions a transparent, consultative approach, and we’re proud of the trust we’ve built in the Abu Dhabi market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as your clients’ personal advisor — from the first “hello” to handing over the keys, you’ll guide them through every step of the buying, selling, or renting process.
- Cultivating your network: connecting with property seekers, owners, and developers to grow your portfolio and keep your finger on the market’s pulse.
- Creating property listings with compelling photos, descriptions, and tours that help homes shine both in-person and online.
- Negotiating deals that protect our clients’ interests, while always seeking the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Continuously learning about new properties, neighborhoods, and regulations — curiosity is a key asset here.
- Attending team meetings and sharing insights (and the occasional joke) to help everyone succeed.
- Keeping documentation and CRM systems organized so nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Drive, self-discipline, and a genuine desire to help people navigate big life decisions.

- Initiative, with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s neighborhoods.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
