What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with buyers, sellers, and renters in your chosen neighborhood—no office clock-in required
- Guiding clients through the full sales or rental process, from first chat to final handshake
- Showcasing properties in person or virtually, using your local know-how to answer every “what’s it really like here?” question
- Negotiating contracts that keep everyone happy (and get deals across the line!)
- Staying organized with your leads, viewings, and paperwork—time management is totally in your hands
- Keeping up-to-date on local market trends to better serve your clients and spot new opportunities
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of real estate experience—transaction experience is a bonus, but confidence counts too
- Strong communication skills—you connect easily with all types of people
- Self-motivation and discipline to manage your own schedule and client pipeline
- Reliable smartphone/internet access—you’ll be your own mobile HQ
- A friendly, ethical approach that builds trust with clients
Nice-to-Haves:
