About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself at the heart of a thriving, fast-moving industry—where every new connection you make could spark the next big win? As a Sales Representative with M H AL GADDAH, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our lubricants business, serving both new and existing clients with enthusiasm and expertise. If closing deals, building lasting partnerships, and working in a dynamic, multicultural environment sound like your cup of tea, you might just be the person we're looking for.

About the Company

At M H AL GADDAH, we're more than just a name in lubricants—we're a team that’s passionate about progress and partnership. Our offices buzz with collaboration, and we thrive on celebrating bold ideas (Friday lunchtime brainstorms have been known to get a little competitive in the best way). We value professionalism and determination, but we also know the importance of keeping things light. As our business grows, we’re committed to nurturing a transparent, supportive work culture where everyone’s contributions matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cultivating relationships with new prospects and nurturing existing client accounts across diverse markets.
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce our lubricants solutions to customers—in ways that genuinely meet their needs.
  • Leading engaging presentations and negotiations, with an ability to adapt your approach depending on who’s across the table.
  • Hitting and surpassing sales targets (we love a bit of friendly competition around here).
  • Collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds—sharing leads, insights, and a few laughs along the way.
  • Keeping CRM systems updated and providing timely market feedback that helps us keep ahead of trends.
  • Representing the M H AL GADDAH brand—smart, professional, and reliable—during meetings, events, and beyond.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Experience working in the lubricants industry (even better if you can tell us what excites you most about it)
  • Fluency in English, and either French or Spanish
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A knack for negotiation and closing sales without losing sight of what’s best for the customer
  • Professionalism and goal-driven attitude—you enjoy smashing targets as much as building relationships
  • The ability (and desire) to foster genuine connections with clients

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience managing cross-border or multicultural accounts
  • Familiarity with modern CRM tools or sales platforms
  • A sense of humor (it helps when the going gets tough!)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, plus attractive commission structure—your wins really do matter
  • Opportunities for meaningful career progression as our business expands
  • Multilingual, multinational team that values cross-cultural perspectives
  • Flexible work arrangements where possible, because life happens outside the office too
  • A supportive environment where your achievements are recognized (and celebrated)
  • Team events, occasional lunches, and the promise of a few industry surprises along the way

Being part of M H AL GADDAH means joining a company where your ambition and spirit make all the difference. If you’re ready for your next big challenge—and want to grow alongside a vibrant sales team—we can’t wait to meet you.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

You should expect a salary of at least 6,000–10,000 AED per month for a Sales Representative role in the lubricants sector, especially if you bring industry-specific experience and multilingual skills. Many similar positions in the UAE also offer performance-based commissions, so strong sales results could boost your total compensation significantly. It’s reasonable to discuss a package within this range, reflecting both your experience and the dynamic, target-driven nature of the job.
