About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the backbone of a thriving real estate operation in the heart of Abu Dhabi? This isn’t just another admin role—it’s a chance to bring your organizational superpowers and your bilingual flair to a fast-paced office where no two days look the same. We’re on the hunt for a dedicated, hardworking individual who can juggle the details of office life while keeping the energy high and the wheels turning. If you’ve got a knack for multitasking and a smile that says “I’ve got this,” you’ll fit right in.
About the Company
We’re a growing real estate firm situated on the bustling Mashaybi St. in Al Nahyan—an area that’s always alive with opportunity. Our team is small enough that your voice matters, but ambitious enough that things move quickly. We take pride in our professional yet friendly vibe; there’s no stiff corporate nonsense here. We celebrate wins together (yes, there’s often cake), and we genuinely support each other when deadlines loom or viewings stack up. If you’re looking for a place where your effort is seen and your growth is encouraged, you’ve found it.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Keep the office humming: From answering calls and welcoming clients to managing schedules, you’ll be the friendly face and organized mind that keeps everything running smoothly.
- Support our agents: Help with listing paperwork, coordinate property viewings, and make sure every file is as tidy as our showroom. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who helps deals close.
- Handle the admin nitty-gritty: Draft emails, update databases, and prepare documents in both English and Arabic—accuracy matters here, and so does speed.
- Be the multitasking maestro: One minute you’re sorting mail, the next you’re confirming a meeting or following up on a lead. You’ll wear many hats, and you’ll wear them well.
- Keep things professional: Greet visitors with a polished, positive attitude that reflects our brand—first impressions are everything in real estate.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic—spoken and written. You’ll be switching between the two daily, so confidence is key.
- Solid computer knowledge: You’re comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and can pick up new software without breaking a sweat.
- Strong organizational skills: You’re the type who makes lists, sets reminders, and somehow always knows where everything is.
- A positive, professional presence: You look the part, act the part, and bring good energy to the room.
- A genuine drive to work hard: You’re not here to watch the clock—you take pride in getting things done well.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Real estate agent experience or a background in office administration—even a little bit goes a long way.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s property market or local regulations? Bonus points for you.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you—enthusiasm and a willingness to learn can outweigh a perfect resume.
Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

- A team that actually gets along—we work hard, but we also laugh, share tips, and have each other’s backs.
- Room to grow: As our firm expands, so can your role. We’re big on promoting from within when the right person shows up.
- Hands-on experience in the real estate world—you’ll learn the ins and outs of the industry just by being here.
- Competitive salary and the chance to build a career, not just fill a position.
At the end of the day, this is more than a job—it’s a place where your efforts are appreciated, your skills are put to good use, and you’re part of something that’s genuinely moving forward. If that sounds like your kind of environment, we’d love to meet you.
