What You’ll Be Doing
- Cultivating and managing relationships with buyers, sellers, and property investors—no two days, deals, or clients will ever be quite the same.
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of Ajman’s dynamic property market, advising clients on trends, pricing strategies, and ideal opportunities.
- Creating tailored marketing strategies for listings—think everything from standout online listings and compelling social media posts to on-the-ground tactics.
- Guiding clients through every step of the buying, selling, or leasing process with transparency, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborating with a team that values sharing insights, celebrating each other’s wins, and learning from every challenge.
- Proactively seeking out new leads and building a robust, relevant client network (sometimes that “accidental” coffee chat does land a big deal).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Prior experience in real estate sales, marketing, or a closely related field (mid-level or above)
- A results-driven mentality with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confidence using digital tools, online portals, and social platforms for networking and marketing
- Authentic passion for helping people find their ideal property solution
- Fluent (or highly proficient) in English; Arabic or additional languages a plus
