What You’ll Be Doing

  • Promoting and selling a diverse portfolio of real estate properties in and around Ajman.
  • Guiding potential buyers through the entire process—from first enquiry to handing over the keys.
  • Using your local knowledge to suggest the best property options based on client needs.
  • Following up diligently on leads—whether from walk-ins, referrals, or online inquiries.
  • Negotiating terms that work for both the client and the company, always aiming for a win-win.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Working closely with the team to brainstorm new sales strategies and reach monthly targets.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in the real estate sector (you know your way around property listings and client meetings).
  • Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
  • A valid UAE driving license (you’ll need to get out and about to ace those showings).
  • Strong communication skills, with a knack for negotiation and client relationship management.
  • Target-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience with properties in Ajman or the Northern Emirates.
  • Fluency in additional languages (especially Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu).
  • Familiarity with popular real estate CRM tools.
