About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Curious about what it’s like to launch a career in the fast-paced world of real estate? At our vibrant marketing office in Ajman Al Alia, we’re looking for enthusiastic folks to join our team — no experience required! If you’re eager to learn, ready for a bit of hustle, and interested in discovering how the real estate business really ticks, this could be your chance to get your foot in the door (and occasionally behind the wheel).
About the Company
We’re a tight-knit group based in Ajman, focused on connecting people with properties and giving newcomers a chance to learn the ropes. You won’t find stuffy corporate culture here; instead, we value hands-on learning, straightforward communication, and a genuine team spirit. There’s a lot of energy in our office — some might say it’s the kind of place where victories get celebrated (sometimes with coffee runs or a spontaneous team lunch) and no question is ever “too small” to ask.

- Assisting with marketing real estate properties through a variety of channels — phone, social media, and face-to-face conversations
- Learning how to match clients with listings, all while developing your negotiation and sales skills
- Driving to property viewings, helping set up presentations, and ensuring potential clients have a smooth, positive experience
- Supporting senior staff with administrative work, from updating databases to helping with promotional materials
- Participating in free training sessions designed to fast-track your understanding of the Ajman real estate market
- Staying motivated, curious, and ready to pitch in on whatever the day brings
What You’ll Bring

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
