What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

- Respond quickly (and kindly!) to client inquiries, offering expert advice that puts their needs first
- Grow your network: develop and nurture a database of leads, turning first conversations into long-term relationships
- List new properties with a sharp attention to detail, ensuring every home gets its moment in the spotlight
- Collaborate with our marketing crew to launch irresistible campaigns and make listings shine
- Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, neighborhood developments, and regulatory shifts
- Host open houses and viewings that leave clients genuinely excited to find “the one”
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Previous real estate, sales, or property marketing experience (even internships or strong side hustles count)
- Confidence in client communication — phone, email, face-to-face
- Resourcefulness: ability to juggle priorities and find solutions on the fly
