What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors—your phone will ring, but so will your reputation.
- Coordinating leasing, renewals, and move-ins/outs with a personal touch that keeps our clients loyal.
- Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring every unit meets our high standards for comfort and safety.
- Managing maintenance requests, liaising with contractors, and following through until every issue is resolved.
- Keeping meticulous records of contracts, payments, and correspondence—organization is your superpower.
- Monitoring local market trends and advising on pricing strategies, so our properties stay competitive and profitable.
- Supporting marketing efforts for vacant units—think creative listings, neighborhood tours, and open house events.
- Collaborating with the team to innovate new ways to improve tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of hands-on real estate experience in the UAE, specifically Sharjah—local knowledge is a must.
- Deep understanding of Sharjah’s property market, rental laws, and community dynamics.
- Strong communication skills in English (and ideally Arabic), with the ability to build rapport across cultures.
- Proven track record managing multiple properties or portfolios—juggling priorities feels natural to you.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using property management software and Microsoft Office.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Additional languages (Hindi, Urdu, etc.) to better connect with our diverse client base.
- Previous experience in both residential and commercial property management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or social media for real estate.
