We pride ourselves on knowing our neighborhoods inside-out, treating clients like neighbors, and supporting each other as we navigate the ever-evolving property landscape. If Friday afternoons spent troubleshooting together (and maybe ordering in local shawarma) sound good, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing maintenance requests, liaising with contractors, and following through until every issue is resolved.
  • Keeping meticulous records of contracts, payments, and correspondence—organization is your superpower.
  • Monitoring local market trends and advising on pricing strategies, so our properties stay competitive and profitable.
  • Supporting marketing efforts for vacant units—think creative listings, neighborhood tours, and open house events.
  • Collaborating with the team to innovate new ways to improve tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on real estate experience in the UAE, specifically Sharjah—local knowledge is a must.
  • Deep understanding of Sharjah’s property market, rental laws, and community dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills in English (and ideally Arabic), with the ability to build rapport across cultures.
  • Proven track record managing multiple properties or portfolios—juggling priorities feels natural to you.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using property management software and Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Additional languages (Hindi, Urdu, etc.) to better connect with our diverse client base.
  • Previous experience in both residential and commercial property management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or social media for real estate.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
