About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves making genuine connections? At MCS Real Estate, we believe every property search is a new adventure—and we’re looking for energetic, motivated Sales Agents to join us in Business Bay, Dubai. Whether you’ve helped clients sign on the dotted line before, or you simply have the drive to succeed, you’ll find plenty of ways to make your mark here. Think you’ve got the people skills and ambition to help clients find their perfect space in Dubai's dazzling real estate market?

About the Company

MCS Real Estate isn’t your run-of-the-mill agency. Nestled in the heart of Business Bay, we’re a close-knit team passionate about matching clients with the right properties—whether it’s a first home, an investment, or a penthouse with those skyline views. Our culture? Collaborative, driven, and a little competitive (in the friendliest way). Coffee-fueled brainstorming sessions, spontaneous team lunches, and celebrating our wins—big or small—are part of what keeps our spirits high. At MCS, your voice actually matters, and your growth is celebrated.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and property investors—think of yourself as a matchmaker for dream homes.
  • Conducting property viewings and providing insightful advice based on clients’ needs and market trends.
  • Following up with leads (we’ve got plenty!) and converting them into successful deals—with plenty of support from your team.
  • Staying up-to-date on Dubai’s ever-evolving property landscape so you can guide clients with confidence.
  • Negotiating offers and closing sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets—yes, we celebrate those wins.
  • Collaborating with fellow agents to share insights, strategies, and the occasional friendly rivalry.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous real estate experience, or a solid track record in sales (property, insurance, automotive—if you know how to sell, we’d love to talk).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills—listening comes first, but confidence helps seal the deal.
  • A positive, energetic attitude that clients notice right away.
  • The motivation to work independently (and as part of a team), especially in a commission-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are always a plus in our international city.
  • UAE driving license is preferred, but not required.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, uncapped commission structure—your success is truly in your hands.
  • Supportive team environment where learning and growth are constant (ask about our deal-closing celebrations).
  • Regular training on both sales and the latest Dubai property trends.
  • Modern office space in Business Bay with easy metro access—and yes, there’s always fresh coffee brewing.
  • Open-door policy: whether it’s big ideas or big wins, you’re always heard here.
  • Flexible schedule options (we know life happens), plus real potential to grow into senior roles as our company expands.

We’re more than just sales targets—we’re a close team that’s passionate about what we do and the city we serve. Every day’s a fresh opportunity at MCS Real Estate. Would you like to help us raise the bar?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For real estate sales agent roles in Dubai, especially those with a strong commission component, basic monthly salaries typically range from 4,000 to 7,000 AED, depending on your previous sales experience and skills. However, most of your earnings will likely come from commissions, which can significantly boost your monthly income if you close deals regularly. You should expect a base salary within this range and negotiate a competitive commission structure that rewards your performance.
