What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and property investors—think of yourself as a matchmaker for dream homes.
- Conducting property viewings and providing insightful advice based on clients’ needs and market trends.
- Following up with leads (we’ve got plenty!) and converting them into successful deals—with plenty of support from your team.
- Staying up-to-date on Dubai’s ever-evolving property landscape so you can guide clients with confidence.
- Negotiating offers and closing sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets—yes, we celebrate those wins.
- Collaborating with fellow agents to share insights, strategies, and the occasional friendly rivalry.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous real estate experience, or a solid track record in sales (property, insurance, automotive—if you know how to sell, we’d love to talk).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills—listening comes first, but confidence helps seal the deal.
- A positive, energetic attitude that clients notice right away.
- The motivation to work independently (and as part of a team), especially in a commission-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are always a plus in our international city.
- UAE driving license is preferred, but not required.
