About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself thriving in Dubai’s fast-paced real estate market, working alongside some of the city’s sharpest agents? If you’re driven by results—and a little friendly competition—this Sales Agent opportunity with AL SRO could be the game-changer you’ve been waiting for. Here, every conversation is a chance to build connections, every deal opens new doors, and ambition truly pays off (quite literally).

About AL SRO Real Estate

AL SRO isn’t your average property firm. We’re a tight-knit group with big ambitions, carving out our share of Dubai’s iconic skyline. Our team culture runs on coffee, camaraderie, and the thrill of closing great deals. Whether it’s brainstorming in the break room or cheering each other on at team outings, support and collaboration are at our core. In an industry where things move fast, we keep things personal—weekly check-ins, open communication, and the belief that everyone’s hustle should be celebrated.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Meeting potential buyers and guiding them through Dubai’s ever-evolving property landscape, from Jumeirah Beach gems to ambitious off-plan launches.
  • Building your own portfolio of clients with authentic relationship-building and follow-through—no cold leads left behind.
  • Showcasing properties and negotiating terms, turning inquiries into offers and hesitant interest into firm commitments.
  • Staying on top of the local market: tracking trends, new developments, and price shifts—so clients always feel informed (and impressed).
  • Diligently managing all documentation and compliance steps, ensuring smooth, trustworthy transactions every time.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team—sharing insights, swapping leads, and celebrating each win, big or small.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Solid experience or in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market—whether you’ve sold before or have a genuine passion for properties.
  • Confidence in your communication skills and the kind of natural persuasion that makes people trust your advice.
  • A serious work ethic and commitment to turning ambition into achievement.
  • Self-motivation—you won’t have a set salary, so drive is absolutely everything.

Nice-to-Haves

  • RERA broker license (definitely gets our attention!).
  • Existing network of clients or leads in the area.
  • Previous track record of successful commission-based sales.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Uncapped earning potential: Your effort = your commission. No ceilings, just possibilities.
  • Flexible schedule: Life in real estate is rarely 9–5; set your own routine, focus on what works for you and your clients.
  • Collaborative culture: Regular team catch-ups, lead sharing, and a genuine sense of camaraderie (plus, we do celebrate each closed deal).
  • Learning and growth: Seasoned mentors to guide you, practical training sessions, and a front-row seat to one of the world’s hottest real estate markets.
  • Modern workspace: Based in Dubai’s heartbeat—easy access, energetic environment, great coffee.

At AL SRO, your ambition sets the pace. If you thrive on challenge, independence, and creating real value for people, you’ll fit right in.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For sales agent roles in Dubai’s dynamic real estate sector, it's typical to work on a commission-only basis, but you should still expect a monthly earning potential of at least 7,000–15,000 AED for those closing a few deals each month—experienced agents with strong networks often earn significantly more, especially when handling high-value properties. Similar positions sometimes offer a basic allowance (3,000–5,000 AED), but the real financial rewards come from commissions. When negotiating, consider asking about average agent earnings and commission structures to make sure the opportunity aligns with your financial goals.
