What You’ll Be Doing
- Nurturing prospective buyers and sellers, guiding them through the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closing.
- Pitching off-plan developments and secondary market properties with conviction, armed with up-to-date information and market insight.
- Attending property viewings, open houses, and networking events to build your client base and stay ahead of new trends.
- Working closely with developers, landlords, and investors to negotiate and secure the best deals for your clients.
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of Dubai’s property market: monitoring listings, prices, and demand shifts, so you can consult with authority.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and following up regularly—because every detail (and every client) matters.
- Collaborating with our marketing team to create standout listings, social campaigns, and client events.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Minimum 1 year of active experience in Dubai’s real estate market, including both off-plan and secondary segments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills—you know how to listen, consult, and close with confidence.
- Proactive attitude: you chase goals, not just tasks, and you’re comfortable working on commission-based targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation (those viewings won’t visit themselves!).
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus given Dubai’s diversity.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin.
- Familiarity with Dubai Land Department processes.
