What You’ll Be Doing
Indoor/Outdoor Sales:
- Engage with walk-in clients, property seekers, and investors at our vibrant office and on-site across key locations
- Present properties, arrange site visits, and answer all those “what’s the view like?” questions with enthusiasm
- Develop your own sales leads and nurture client relationships from first call to close
- Keep the post-sale follow-ups warm and helpful—our referral game is strong
Digital Marketing:
- Promote new listings and company activities across multiple online channels—creativity definitely welcome
- Monitor trends, run basic ad campaigns, and report on what’s really working in the Dubai property scene
- Lend your ideas to social media blasts and creative content (memes included)
Tele Sales:
- Make outbound calls to connect with both existing and new leads
- Pitch properties in a compelling, friendly tone—no boring scripts
- Follow up on inquiries, qualify prospects, and schedule further meetings or viewings
- Update our CRM and share insights with the team; your feedback matters
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re currently in the UAE and available to join ASAP
- Some background in sales, customer service, or digital marketing—real estate or related fields a plus
- Confidence speaking with people from all walks of life (phone or face-to-face)
- Decent English skills (other languages? Major bonus!)
- Proactive approach, punctuality, and a friendly attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience working in the Dubai property market
- Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp for business, or real estate websites
