What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

Receptionist / Front Office Administrator

  • Welcoming clients, visitors, and colleagues with warmth and efficiency—first impressions count!
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and delivery coordination while keeping a calm, helpful manner.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and ensuring the reception area always looks top-notch.
  • Assisting with basic administrative tasks and supporting office staff as needed.

Administrative Assistant

  • Supporting daily office operations: organizing files, managing correspondence, and monitoring supplies.
  • Assisting with meeting prep—think agendas, minutes, and refreshments (we take punctual starts and good coffee seriously!).
  • Liaising between departments to keep everyone in the loop and things ticking smoothly.
  • Helping with travel arrangements, internal documentation, and special projects as they come up.

Document Controller

  • Cataloguing, tracking, and organizing company documents, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date, compliant, and properly archived.
  • Coordinating document flow between teams, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Supporting audits and other official processes by compiling and verifying required documentation.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in a similar role for your position of interest (reception/admin/document control).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)—and quick to learn new tools.
  • Professional, polished appearance and approach.
  • Ability to start immediately—prepared to hit the ground running!
