What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly smile and impeccable manners — in both Arabic and English
- Answering the main phone line, fielding questions, and directing calls to the right departments (or person)
- Ensuring the reception area looks as professional as our reputation — tidy, organized, and welcoming
- Managing intake forms and assisting guests with sign-in procedures
- Handling deliveries and correspondence, making sure everything gets where it needs to go
