What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming visitors and making them feel at ease right from the moment they walk in
  • Answering incoming phone calls with a friendly, professional tone and directing queries as needed
  • Managing visitor logs, appointments, and front desk schedules efficiently
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, from sorting mail to handling deliveries
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure guests or staff have what they need
  • Keeping the reception area organized, tidy, and presentable at all times
  • Occasionally assisting with office errands or event preparations
