What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors with a smile and making sure they feel comfortable and attended to from the moment they walk in.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls—you’ll be the helpful voice that clients and candidates look forward to speaking with.
  • Managing appointment schedules and helping coordinate meeting rooms so everything runs like clockwork.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
