What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming visitors with genuine hospitality, ensuring guests feel at home from the moment they arrive
  • Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally — you’ll be our calm voice in a busy world
  • Managing front desk operations, from maintaining tidy reception areas to handling incoming mail and deliveries
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, making sure everything runs smoothly for both internal and external meetings
  • Supporting the HR Manager with administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees — think of yourself as the ambassador for our company culture
