About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
If you take pride in creating a welcoming first impression and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, you might be just who we’re looking for. We’re on the hunt for a warm, resourceful Receptionist to join our office in iconic Jumeira, Dubai. In this role, you won’t just be sitting behind the desk; you’ll be the heartbeat of our workspace — the first friendly face clients and colleagues see every morning, and the person everyone relies on when they need a helping hand. Ready to bring a little order — and a lot of good energy — to our lively office?
About the Company
Picture a dynamic team nestled in Jumeira, where collaboration is more than just a buzzword — it’s how we do business. We’re a close-knit group who believes in supporting each other, celebrating big wins (and small victories, too), and creating an environment where everyone can thrive. Our office buzzes with friendly chatter, and you’ll often find teammates sharing coffee breaks or laughing over inside jokes. We’re steadily growing, and as we do, we’re committed to maintaining our down-to-earth culture and people-first approach. Fridays? Those are for fresh pastries and sharing stories from the week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Rolling out the welcome mat for every visitor — greeting guests and clients with genuine warmth.
- Managing the front desk: fielding calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence with efficiency and a smile.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and receiving packages (think: the office’s unofficial “logistics captain”).
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and keeping the calendar organized.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy, inviting, and fully stocked (from brochures to beverages).
- Jumping in to support other administrative tasks as they pop up — from basic data entry to printing documents.
- Keeping security protocols in check by issuing visitor badges and maintaining sign-in sheets.
- Acting as the go-to person for daily office needs or quick fixes (“Where’s the Wi-Fi password?” “Who do I call for AC maintenance?”).

- Organizational skills that impress your friends (and maybe your family, too)
- Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to pick up new tech or systems
- Ability to juggle several tasks at once — and still keep smiling
Nice-to-Haves

- Interest in shaping our office culture — think: suggesting small improvements or bringing new ideas to the table
