What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a genuine smile and assisting them with check-in and check-out processes
- Handling guest inquiries or requests — sometimes it’s as simple as finding the best local coffee spot
- Answering the phone and politely directing calls or messages
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintaining an organized reception area — you’ll be the first impression, after all
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods (we all pitch in when it gets lively)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A friendly, approachable attitude and a knack for putting people at ease
- Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside the country cannot be considered)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Multilingual abilities — especially Arabic, Russian, or Chinese
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems
