What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, costs, and resource allocation
- Collaborating closely with site engineers, project managers, and the finance team to ensure reports are complete and accurate
- Analyzing raw data from multiple sources; spotting discrepancies and flagging potential issues
- Summarizing findings for senior management and suggesting actionable recommendations
- Ensuring all reporting aligns with company guidelines and local regulatory requirements
- Creating easy-to-understand visual dashboards or summaries (think: charts that actually make sense, even before your first coffee!)
- Supporting ad-hoc report requests during critical project phases or reviews
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current UAE residency (you’re already here and ready to join immediately)
- Previous experience in a similar construction reporting or document control role
- Eagle-eyed attention to detail and a knack for spotting trends in large datasets
- Confident user of MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, the works) and, ideally, other reporting tools
- Strong communication skills — both written and spoken English
