Salary: Negotiable

About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever pictured yourself as the friendly first point of contact for exclusive gatherings and unforgettable experiences? As a Reservation Executive with our events company, you'll do just that — helping clients transform ideas into reality, one booking at a time. In a city like Dubai, where every detail matters and each event is uniquely vibrant, your knack for communication and initiative will be right at home with us. Here’s your chance to put your energy and people skills to work where they really shine.

About the Company

Based in the bustling heart of Deira, our team is united by a genuine excitement for pulling off seamless events — whether it’s a grand corporate gala or an intimate family celebration. We’re not the kind of place where you’ll get lost in the shuffle. Instead, you'll find a collaborative crew that supports one another, swaps venue secrets over lunch, and takes pride in going the extra mile for clients. Fridays? You’ll probably catch us celebrating another successful week (and maybe sampling a sweet treat or two!).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond promptly and warmly: Field client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring no question goes unanswered.
  • Share your knowledge: Present tailored proposals and break down our services in a way that feels helpful, not salesy.
  • Guide with care: Walk clients through each stage — from initial contact to booking confirmation — making them feel supported and confident.
  • Seal the deal: Proactively follow up to close bookings, keeping an eye on the little details that matter.
  • Keep things organized: Maintain clear records of all client communications, quotes, and bookings so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Collaborate closely: Work alongside our events and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Confident, professional communication skills in English (bonus points for additional languages)
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or a related role where interacting with clients is second nature
  • Comfortable handling a busy inbox and multiple messaging channels at the same time
  • Motivated by both individual targets and being part of a team that celebrates wins together
  • Genuine interest in making a client’s experience smooth, memorable, and stress-free

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience handling reservations/bookings in events, hotels, or F&B
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s vibrant events scene or local venues
  • Creative flair for crafting proposals and presenting options

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Prime location in Deira, with easy transit access (no marathon commutes required).
  • Friendly, close-knit team where everyone’s voice matters.
  • Growth opportunities — we love to see our team level up and take on new challenges.
  • Access to unique industry events (sometimes you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look!).
  • Open, supportive management and a culture that celebrates both big wins and small moments.
  • Competitive salary, plus performance incentives for closed bookings.

We believe work should be as dynamic and rewarding as the events we create. If you’re ready to be at the center of the action and love making people’s days a little more memorable, you’ll fit right in.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you walk me through how you would handle multiple client inquiries that arrive simultaneously over phone, email, and WhatsApp?
  • Share an example from your past experience where you successfully closed a booking or sale—what steps did you take to guide the client through the process?

  • Tell us about a time you needed to keep detailed records of communications or bookings. What tools or systems did you use, and how did you ensure accuracy?

  • Our team values proactive follow-up. Can you give an example of when following up made a big difference in closing a deal or resolving a client’s concern?

  • How do you stay organized and focused when balancing individual booking targets with team-based goals?
  • What excites you about being part of Dubai’s dynamic events scene, and how would that energy influence your approach to this role?

  • How would you approach learning about new venues or event trends to better assist clients and keep your knowledge relevant?
  • We like to celebrate small wins as a team. Can you share a story about a time you contributed to or enjoyed a team success outside of individual achievements?
