About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever imagined being part of a dynamic hospitality team right in the beating heart of Dubai? If you’re passionate about service, organization, and making guests feel right at home, one of our administrative roles might have your name on it. Whether you see yourself as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or HR Officer, here’s your chance to help shape the launch of a brand-new café and dining spot along vibrant Sheikh Zayed Road. With a supportive crew and plenty of room to grow, this could be your career leap in a city that never sleeps.

About Us

We’re a fresh face on Dubai’s restaurant scene: a soon-to-open café and restaurant where flavors meet friendliness, and team spirit is as important as culinary flair. Our founders believe in building more than just a menu—they’re cultivating a workplace where everyone, front-of-house or behind the scenes, has a voice. Expect regular team breakfasts, a collaborative culture, and an environment where quick hellos can spark big ideas. We may be new on Sheikh Zayed, but our vision already feels like home.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, your daily impact will look like:

  • Restaurant Manager

    • Oversee daily operations, troubleshooting and celebrating wins side-by-side with your team
    • Lead and grow a handpicked crew, offering hands-on support and structured training
    • Manage inventory, suppliers, and cost control with an eye for both quality and efficiency
    • Uphold exceptional service standards—even during the lunch rush
    • Act as our guests’ (and staff’s) go-to problem solver, mentor, and cheerleader
  • Assistant Manager

    • Support the Restaurant Manager in smooth-running operations while lending your own spark
    • Jump in wherever needed—from guest service to scheduling to supplier calls
    • Handle guest feedback promptly and positively, always seeking solutions
    • Help coach and motivate team members, leading by positive example
  • HR Officer

    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training—your people skills set the tone
    • Maintain records, manage leave, and tackle day-to-day admin with an eagle eye
    • Be the first point of contact for staff queries and workplace well-being
    • Support compliance and labor law adherence (with accuracy and a touch of humanity)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Current UAE residency and eligibility to work
  • Previous experience in administrative or managerial roles (hospitality background is a big plus)
  • Confident communicator in English; Arabic skills are a bonus
  • Strong organizational skills—juggling tasks and priorities with a calm head
  • Respect for confidentiality and a genuinely people-first approach

Nice-to-Haves

  • Professional training or certifications (hospitality management, HR, etc.)
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software or HRIS tools
  • A knack for inspiring those around you to deliver their best

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salaries (AED 4,000–8,000, depending on the role and your experience)
  • Accommodation, housing, and transportation provided for staff
  • Long-term growth: Help build something new, and carve your own path as we expand
  • Supportive team, open-door leadership, and a culture that values input from everyone
  • Modern work environment in a prime Dubai location—easily accessible and surrounded by city energy
  • Flexible meal options and regular staff appreciation events

We know a 10-hour workday asks a lot, so we make sure to give back in perks and a positive, team-focused atmosphere. If you’re ready to be part of a buzzing new brand—and have a voice in how we do things—let’s connect.

Please note: This opportunity is offered via a recruitment company that applies a job application fee.
