About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself as the heartbeat behind a new culinary hotspot? Our vibrant restaurant and café is making its debut on Dubai’s iconic Sheikh Zayed Road, and we’re building an exceptional admin team to help bring our vision to life. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want your next role to be a little more inspiring, this could be just the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

About the Company

Here, it’s not just about food — it’s about creating memorable experiences, both for our guests and our team. We’re a passionate, close-knit crew with big plans and a genuine love for what we do. Our founders have handpicked every detail, from the locally roasted coffee to the welcoming, art-filled interiors. We believe that collaboration makes the magic — so expect lots of energy (and strong espresso), plenty of laughter, and the satisfaction of shaping something truly special from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role (Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or HR Officer), your days will be interesting and anything but monotonous:

  • Overseeing daily operations for a bustling restaurant and café, ensuring every detail runs smoothly
  • Supporting staff recruitment, onboarding, and training (yes, those barista skills matter!)
  • Managing staff schedules, attendance, and ensuring excellent team communication
  • Handling administrative paperwork, supplier coordination, and inventory tracking
  • Driving high standards in hygiene, compliance, and customer service
  • Supporting events and special promotions — sometimes getting hands-on with the team
  • Bringing creative ideas to the table, whether it’s a new process or a better way to celebrate staff birthdays

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • UAE resident status (with valid documents)
  • Prior experience in an administrative role within hospitality, retail, or a similar sector
  • Organizational skills and a knack for keeping things (and people) on track
  • Friendly, adaptable attitude with excellent communication skills — English is essential
  • Readiness to work a 10-hour shift, with energy left for a smile at the end

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with restaurant management systems
  • Arabic language skills
  • Previous involvement in restaurant openings or fast-paced team environments

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 4,000–8,000 depending on experience and role
  • Accommodation, housing, and transportation covered — your comfort matters to us
  • Warm, team-focused environment with genuinely approachable management
  • Huge potential for career growth as part of a flagship opening
  • Staff meals on shift (your input on menu tastings is welcome!)
  • Flexible, energetic culture with plenty of room for your ideas

There’s something special about helping launch a new local favorite — and if you’re excited to play such a key role, you’ll fit right in. Please note: This position is recruited via an agency that charges a standard application fee.
