What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role (Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or HR Officer), your days will be interesting and anything but monotonous:
- Overseeing daily operations for a bustling restaurant and café, ensuring every detail runs smoothly
- Supporting staff recruitment, onboarding, and training (yes, those barista skills matter!)
- Managing staff schedules, attendance, and ensuring excellent team communication
- Handling administrative paperwork, supplier coordination, and inventory tracking
- Driving high standards in hygiene, compliance, and customer service
- Supporting events and special promotions — sometimes getting hands-on with the team
- Bringing creative ideas to the table, whether it’s a new process or a better way to celebrate staff birthdays
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- UAE resident status (with valid documents)
- Prior experience in an administrative role within hospitality, retail, or a similar sector
- Organizational skills and a knack for keeping things (and people) on track
- Friendly, adaptable attitude with excellent communication skills — English is essential
- Readiness to work a 10-hour shift, with energy left for a smile at the end
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems
- Arabic language skills
- Previous involvement in restaurant openings or fast-paced team environments
