About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about being part of a brand-new culinary destination right in the heart of Barsha, Dubai? Here’s your chance to join a team that’s just getting started — whether you thrive in the organized hustle of restaurant management, the welcoming front desk, or behind-the-scenes admin wizardry. For us, hiring isn’t just about filling roles — it’s about building a close-knit team that brings our vision to life from day one.
About Us
We’re the newest addition to Barsha’s dynamic dining scene — a restaurant blending bold flavors with memorable service, all set in a space designed to feel both stylish and inviting. Our leadership comes from a mix of restaurant veterans and fresh thinkers; together, we believe in honest food, treating our staff like family, and making every guest feel at home. Friday evenings can get lively, and don’t be surprised if demo tastings turn into team brainstorming sessions. Here, ideas (and laughter) flow freely, and every role is valued.

- Collaborate with management on shift rosters, payroll documentation, and supplier communications.

- Keep important records up to date—no “forgotten file” scenarios here!
- Support team projects with research or simple reports when needed.

Must-Haves
- Relevant experience for your chosen position (front-of-house roles require a natural people-person vibe).
- A positive, team-first attitude — we’re building a community, not just a staff list.

- Flexibility to pitch in as needed — we’re a startup, so every day is a little different.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior Dubai/F&B sector experience
