What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, you could be:
- Welcoming guests, recommending dishes, and ensuring everyone leaves with a smile (Waiter/Waitress)
- Accurately handling orders, billing, and payments with a helpful attitude (Cashier)
- Supporting the kitchen with food prep, cleaning duties, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes (Kitchen Helper)
- Bringing culinary flair to each plate and supporting the kitchen team in prepping, cooking, and plating, all while maintaining top-notch hygiene (Cook/Chef)
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and hygiene — because a welcoming space matters to us all
- Jumping in wherever needed, especially during the busy rush (we all roll up our sleeves sometimes)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current residence in the UAE
- Previous experience in a restaurant or F&B environment
- Good communication skills and a team player mindset
- A genuine desire to create great experiences for guests
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience specifically in Barsha or the Dubai restaurant scene
- Multilingual abilities (always handy in such a diverse city!)
- Familiarity with POS systems (for cashiers)
