About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever imagined having a hand in shaping the culinary heartbeat of Dubai’s lively BurJuman district? Here’s your chance! We’re helping launch a brand-new restaurant that’s already causing a stir in the neighborhood. Whether your talent lies in the kitchen, behind the coffee bar, or front of house making guests feel right at home, there’s a place for you here. With competitive salaries for each role, these are opportunities you can really sink your teeth into.
About the Company
This isn’t just another restaurant; it’s set to become a gathering place for locals, expats, and curious foodies passing through. The team behind the scenes is passionate, hands-on, and a little obsessed with quality (in the best way possible). Expect a collaborative vibe, a culture that celebrates new ideas, and moments that go well beyond service—think spontaneous food tastings, or helping each other nail down a new brew for the weekend rush. At this stage, you’ll be joining as a founding member, with real input into the restaurant’s personality from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
We have several roles open, each with its own flavor:
- Chef (4,000–5,500 AED):
Leading the kitchen with creativity and calm, designing daily specials, and training team members in signature dishes. - Assistant Chef (2,500–4,000 AED):
Supporting the chef on the line, prepping high-quality ingredients, and ensuring a seamless flow during even the busiest shifts. - Barista (2,200–3,500 AED):
Crafting coffee that keeps customers coming back, experimenting with new blends, and keeping the bar area spotless. - Waiter (2,000–3,500 AED):
Welcoming guests with genuine warmth, juggling multiple tables with a smile, and sharing menu recommendations (even a secret favorite or two). - Food Coordinator (2,500–4,000 AED):
Liaising between the kitchen and service team, keeping orders on track, and making sure every dish leaves the pass looking perfect.
The one essential? You need to already be in the UAE—either as a resident or visitor.
What You’ll Bring
