What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sous Chef:
- Leading the kitchen during busy shifts and stepping in to support chefs and helpers
- Overseeing food preparation and presentation with an eye for quality and consistency
- Training junior staff and ensuring hygiene standards are always top-notch
As a Kitchen Helper:
- Assisting cooks and chefs in prepping ingredients, plating, and maintaining a spotless workspace
- Pitching in wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly
As a Food Runner:
- Delivering dishes from the kitchen to tables swiftly and with a smile
- Acting as a liaison between kitchen and service staff — your timing is everything!
As a Barista:
- Crafting quality coffees and beverages for a diverse clientele
- Keeping your station organized and stocked, while engaging customers with friendliness
As Housekeeping Staff:
- Maintaining spotless dining and staff areas, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all
- Handling cleaning tasks proactively and efficiently, taking pride in every detail
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (inside country applicants only, please)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and busy mall hours
- Ability to communicate in English (basic level minimum)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn — experience matters, but enthusiasm counts too!
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality roles
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.)
