What You’ll Be Doing
Restaurant Manager (AED 5,000/month)
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations, from staff schedules to guest satisfaction
- Leading, training, and motivating a diverse team — and setting the tone for a positive workplace
- Handling customer feedback with warmth and professionalism
- Keeping an eye on inventory, budgeting, and cost control (without losing sight of the guest experience)
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Lounge Supervisor (AED 4,000/month)
- Supervising lounge staff and service flow to maintain a relaxed yet polished vibe
- Supporting special events and ensuring guests always feel welcome
- Jumping in to assist with service as needed — no job is “not your job” here
- Collaborating with the manager on daily improvements
Customer Service Representative (AED 3,500/month)
- Greeting guests with genuine warmth and a smile — first impressions count
- Handling reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests
- Resolving issues quickly and calmly, making every guest feel heard
- Working as the “bridge” between the kitchen, service team, and our customers
Cleaner (AED 2,000/month)
- Keeping all public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spotless and inviting
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance needs
- Supporting the team with setup and closing duties
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid UAE residence visa
- Previous experience in a similar role (especially for Restaurant Manager and Lounge Supervisor)
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Reliability and a team-first mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
- English or Arabic language skills
- Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality scene
- A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure
- For cleaners: prior experience in a hospitality or commercial setting
