What You’ll Be Doing
For Waiters (Boys & Girls):
- Welcoming guests and guiding them through our menu with genuine enthusiasm
- Taking orders with accuracy (and a smile), ensuring everyone feels attended to
- Handling busy periods with grace and teamwork—no one’s left in the weeds here
- Supporting your teammates, whether that’s running food or pitching in at closing
For Hot Chef:
- Taking the lead on hot dishes, bringing your own flair to classic favorites
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborating with the assistant chef to keep service smooth and efficient
For Assistant Chef:
- Prepping ingredients and supporting the head chef with daily tasks
- Learning new recipes and techniques—this is a place to grow your skills
- Keeping a clean, safe workspace (we like “mise en place” around here)
For Cashier:
- Greeting guests as they enter and ensuring a seamless checkout experience
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Managing receipts and basic accounting tasks with attention to detail
For Barista:
- Crafting a range of hot and cold drinks with consistency and creativity
- Keeping the coffee station spotless and stocked
- Engaging with guests—sometimes a little chat goes a long way!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current UAE residency status (residence visa provided for those already in the UAE)
- Previous experience in a similar role (restaurant, café, or hospitality setting)
- Friendly attitude and genuine interest in customer service
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed
- Team spirit and a proactive work ethic
Nice-to-Haves:
- English or Arabic language skills
- Barista certification or culinary training (for relevant roles)
- A knack for handling pressure with a smile
