What You’ll Be Doing
Restaurant Manager
- Oversee daily operations to create seamless service and memorable guest experiences
- Mentor front-of-house staff, encourage growth, and foster a collaborative environment
- Monitor quality, handle guest feedback, and find creative solutions to all those “on-the-fly” challenges
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure efficiency
- Handle scheduling, training sessions, and ensure every shift runs smoothly
- Work side-by-side with owners to implement new ideas, promotions, and improvements
Administrators & Administrative Assistants
- Keep the logistics behind our magic running—manage files, records, and supplier documents
- Greet and assist staff and visitors with warmth (and just enough hustle!)
- Support daily accounting, invoices, and HR tasks
- Help coordinate shift schedules, interviews, and onboarding for new team members
- Bring a calm, organized approach to whatever administrative puzzle lands on your desk
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- For Restaurant Manager: Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- For Admin roles: Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is a bonus!)
- Adaptability and composure—Jumeira is buzzing, and so are we
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in people
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in Dubai’s F&B scene
- Familiarity with basic HR or accounting software
- Multilingual skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
