What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, here’s a taste of what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Leading and motivating staff — creating a positive, productive environment where everyone can shine.
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service, from opening the doors to the final check at night.
  • Training new team members and sharing your know-how, whether it’s a menu item or customer service trick.
  • Handling guest feedback with empathy and quick problem-solving (a little patience goes a long way).
  • Coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep everything running like clockwork.
  • Managing schedules, inventory, and shift rotations so the restaurant always feels ready for action.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives—from social media ideas to in-house promotions.
  • Upholding hygiene and safety standards (we take this seriously, and so should you).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or supervisory role within F&B.
  • Currently residing in the UAE (you know the rhythm of Dubai!).
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

  • Willingness to work a 10-hour shift and keep energy high from start to finish.
