What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless and inviting guest experience.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a diverse front- and back-of-house team.
- Collaborating with chefs and service staff to maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
- Handling scheduling, inventory control, and ordering to keep things running smoothly.
- Responding to guest feedback and resolving issues with both professionalism and empathy.
- Implementing health, safety, and hygiene protocols — because details matter.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for new team members.
- Helping develop and roll out creative promotions and events (your ideas welcome!).
- Reporting on sales, costs, and team performance to senior leadership.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality operations (at least 2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and people skills — you’re approachable and know how to motivate a team.
- A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality scene or local regulations.
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, or others).
- Experience launching new venues or working in start-up environments.
