What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the role, here’s how you’ll help us make our mark:
- Managers: Lead day-to-day operations while inspiring your team, set service standards, and help cultivate an outstanding guest experience from opening bell onward.
- Administrators: Handle scheduling, inventory, vendor coordination, and keep our behind-the-scenes running smoothly.
- Customer Service Representatives: Be the friendly face (and voice!) of our café, resolving guest inquiries and ensuring every visit feels special.
- Receptionists: Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and keep our front-of-house humming seamlessly.
- Collaborate with a diverse, tight-knit team—pitch in where needed and celebrate wins together.
- Share feedback on what’s working (or not)—we love fresh ideas!
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with Dubai regulations.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- UAE residency and the right to work here—a must.
- Prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality (details depend on your role).
- Comfort with 10-hour shifts; stamina and a can-do approach are essential.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Multilingual abilities—particularly Arabic and English.
- Experience in new restaurant launches/start-ups.
- Familiarity with POS or restaurant management software.
