We’re the newest restaurant in Al Jerf 2, but we’re bringing more than just a menu to the community — we aim to be the neighborhood spot where regulars swap stories and new faces always feel welcome. Our team is shaping the vibe from the ground up, believing that kindness, teamwork, and a little laughter make the best recipe for both staff and guests. What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests with genuine smiles, whether you’re at the tables or behind the counter.
- Preparing, plating, or serving delicious dishes with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service, even during the busiest hours.
- Keeping workspaces spotless and safe — hygiene and presentation matter here.
- Jumping in to help wherever needed as we grow (a flexible attitude goes a long way!).
- Sharing ideas to help us improve — we’re all about feedback and fresh perspectives.
- Learning and adapting as our menu and team evolve together.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Some experience working in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting (all roles welcome to apply: kitchen, service, cleaning, and more)
- Enthusiasm for starting immediately and being part of our “day one” crew
- Friendly, respectful attitude toward guests and colleagues — we’re building a positive culture from day one
- Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings
- Good communication skills (Arabic, English, or both — all backgrounds celebrated!)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with health & safety in a food environment
- An eagerness to learn new dishes, drinks, or customer service approaches
- Creativity or organizational skills — if you love efficiency or adding special touches, we’re listening
