Responsibilities

Restaurant Staff

• Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth service flow
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction
• Address guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations when needed

Helper Chef

• Support the head chef in food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen according to safety standards
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes

Barista

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and ensure a delightful beverage experience

Waiters

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen promptly
• Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining a friendly and attentive manner

Cleaners

• Uphold cleanliness across all restaurant areas, including dining spaces, kitchen, and restrooms
• Follow sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy and welcoming environment
• Support the team in organizing storage and disposing of waste appropriately

Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but freshers with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply
• Basic communication skills in English; additional language abilities are a plus
• Immediate availability for joining is highly preferred
