What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy, making sure every dirham is accounted for
  • Assisting customers with questions, returns, and product recommendations—no two queries are ever quite the same
  • Keeping your workstation neat and organized, even during the evening rush
  • Collaborating with teammates to restock shelves and keep the store looking its best
  • Spotting and resolving minor issues before they turn into headaches for customers or the team
  • Maintaining a friendly, approachable attitude—whether you’re dealing with a regular or a first-timer
  • Learning the ins and outs of our product range so you can help customers find exactly what they need

What You’ll Bring
