Looking to kickstart your office career in Dubai? Here’s your chance to join a growing organization where your day-to-day work genuinely makes a difference. We’re urgently hiring for several full-time office staff roles, including Receptionist, Marketing Assistant, Admin, and HR Assistant. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or ready for your next big step, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a thriving team in one of Dubai’s most accessible business hubs. Ready to bring your energy and skills to a workplace that values you?

About the Company

Step into an organization that prides itself on professionalism—but never loses sight of the human touch. Our team is a tight-knit mix of problem-solvers and go-getters, brought together by a shared commitment to excellence and respect. We’re conveniently based just off Al Garhoud Road, making your commute a breeze (and yes, we actually talk to each other in the elevator). Growth is our mantra, and that applies not just to the business, but to every individual who walks through our doors. Our staff lunches sometimes turn into impromptu brainstorming sessions—and we like it that way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors and guests with a warm smile at reception, ensuring everyone feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks—think organizing files, updating records, and keeping the workflow steady and smooth.
  • Lending a hand to the marketing team, from preparing materials to helping coordinate campaigns and events.
  • Assisting HR with onboarding, documentation, and making sure our team members have what they need to succeed.
  • Responding promptly to calls, emails, and internal requests—sometimes all at once (your multitasking skills will shine here).
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments to keep office operations running like clockwork.

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant experience or skills for your chosen position (Reception, Marketing, Admin, or HR).
  • A proactive, can-do attitude—someone who spots a problem and is eager to solve it.
  • Strong communication skills in English (extra points if you’re comfortable with other languages, too).
  • Organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
  • A team spirit—willing to help, learn, and grow alongside others.
  • Comfort with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email, etc.).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000, paid on time, every time.
  • Visa sponsorship and comprehensive medical insurance—your peace of mind matters.
  • Company-provided accommodation and transport, taking the stress out of your daily routine.
  • A friendly, multicultural team environment that genuinely supports each other.
  • Opportunities to learn, take on new responsibilities, and advance your career.
  • Convenient office location near Al Garhoud Road—close to public transport and essential amenities.

We believe in creating a workplace where people feel both valued and challenged. If you’re looking for stability, growth, and a team that feels like family, you’ll find your place here.
