About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself at the heart of Dubai’s buzzing culinary scene? Whether you thrive in front of house, behind the counter, or out on the floor, our contemporary restaurant in Business Bay is calling for passionate hospitality pros ready for their next adventure. We’re directly hiring for a variety of roles — Waiters/Waitresses, Hostesses, Baristas, Kitchen Helpers, Restaurant Supervisors, and Cashiers. If you’ve got a knack for good service and love the energy of a fast-paced dining environment, this might just be your perfect fit.

About Us

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Business Bay, our restaurant isn’t just a place to eat — it’s a place where team spirit sizzles as much as our signature dishes. We believe a great dining experience is made not just by the food, but by the people. Our crew comes from all corners of the world, united by curiosity, warmth, and a healthy sense of humor (kitchen dance-offs do happen here). Growth is part of our recipe — many of our leads started out just like you: hungry to learn, eager to make a mark, and always ready to lend a hand.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests with genuine hospitality and ensuring every visit feels special.
  • Serving food and beverages swiftly and accurately, with a smile that guests remember.
  • Assisting in set-up, breakdown, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.
  • Handling cash and point-of-sale systems (for Cashiers) with care and accuracy.
  • Brewing coffee and specialty drinks (for Baristas), keeping standards high on every pour.
  • Supporting smooth kitchen operations as a Kitchen Helper — prepping ingredients, organizing deliveries, and keeping the workspace spotless.
  • Leading teams and assisting with daily operations (for Supervisors), inspiring those around you and solving challenges on the go.
  • Communicating clearly between the floor and the kitchen, jumping in where your team needs you most.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Current residency in the UAE (we’re hiring locally only).
  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service — big or small, it counts!
  • Strong communication skills, both with guests and teammates.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine love for working in a team.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and bring your best self to every shift.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Multilingual abilities — especially in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining.
  • Familiarity with POS systems or coffee machines (depending on your role).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary packages (AED 2,500 to 5,000, based on your experience and role).
  • Supportive team culture — colleagues who have your back, busy or slow.
  • On-the-job training and genuine opportunities to grow your career with us.
  • Staff meals provided each shift (we know you can’t serve on an empty stomach).
  • Convenient location — right in Business Bay, easily accessible by metro or bus.
  • Flexibility with scheduling and a management team that actually listens.
  • An environment where feedback is valued (we celebrate wins, learn from mistakes, and keep moving forward).

We believe work should be rewarding — not just in terms of your paycheck, but in the people you meet and memories you make. (Please note: As part of our recruitment process, a job application fee applies through the agency helping us hire.)

If you’re looking for a dynamic team and a place where your efforts will be noticed, you might have just found your next home base.
