What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests warmly, assisting them, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations (all front-of-house roles)
- Preparing tables, running food, or mixing signature cocktails depending on your role
- Supporting your teammates — helping out during busy rushes, stepping in wherever needed, and keeping the energy up
- Handling customer requests or feedback with patience and professionalism
- Maintaining the restaurant’s sparkling standards, including cleaning and organizing shared spaces
- Collaborating with chefs, bartenders, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations from opening to close
- Upholding health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times — because everyone’s wellbeing matters
- Assisting with inventory, restocking, or basic prep work for kitchen staff as needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current residency in the UAE
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments
- Confident communication skills (English required; other languages are a bonus)
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and pitch in beyond your job description
- Availability to work flexible hours or split shifts (because restaurant life isn’t always 9–5!)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in high-end or fast-paced restaurants, especially in Dubai or similar markets
- Food safety or barista/bartending certifications
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems or kitchen tech
