Step into our boutique and you’ll quickly sense we’re not your average perfume shop. We’re a close-knit team who believes that every customer deserves a memorable experience — from helping them choose the perfect scent to sharing stories behind our most sought-after fragrances. What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers with genuine warmth and guiding them through our signature and niche fragrance collections
- Listening carefully to each guest’s preferences and recommending perfumes that suit their tastes and personalities
- Handling sales transactions smoothly and accurately (yes, we’re sticklers for detail)
- Keeping our displays looking their best — dust-free, fully stocked, and visually inviting
- Sharing your knowledge of fragrance notes, ingredients, and stories behind each scent
- As a Sales Supervisor: supporting and coaching the sales team, resolving issues on the floor, and ensuring daily targets are met
- Pitching in wherever needed — from unpacking new arrivals to helping with promotional events
- Providing feedback to management about customer trends and bestsellers
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of retail or perfume sales experience in the GCC
- Currently residing in the UAE, ready for immediate joining
- Confident, friendly communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!)
- Customer-focused attitude with a knack for building rapport
- Flexibility to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
- For supervisor roles: previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Nice-to-Haves:
- Passion for the world of fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury retail
- Additional fluency in Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or other languages
- Experience working in Dubai Mall or other high-traffic retail environments
