What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with a warm, approachable attitude as soon as they walk in
- Sharing your knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and trends in a conversational way
- Engaging customers by asking the right questions and helping them narrow down their choices
- Demonstrating perfumes—yes, that includes expert spraying technique!
- Hitting and exceeding daily and weekly sales targets through genuine customer connections
- Keeping the sales floor looking beautiful and the testers fully stocked
- Handling transactions swiftly and accurately at the register
- Staying up-to-date on the latest releases, bestsellers, and store promotions
- Offering thoughtful recommendations for gifting occasions or personal use
