What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your specialization, you’ll dive into:
Sales Coordinator:
- Support sales agents with leads, paperwork, and daily follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings, property viewings, and client calls so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Keep property listings organized and updated on all platforms.
- Act as the friendly, reliable bridge between clients and sales executives.
Salesman/Salesgirl:
- Reach out to clients, understand their real estate dreams, and match them with the perfect property.
- Guide potential buyers through the viewing and negotiation process with patience and care.
- Build relationships and grow your personal network in Dubai’s dynamic marketplace.
- Close deals and celebrate every success—big or small.
Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Elevate our brand through social media campaigns, content creation, and digital ads.
- Analyze campaign performance, tweak strategies, and keep us ahead of trends.
- Collaborate with agents to market new listings in creative, engaging ways.
- Monitor and respond to online inquiries, turning curiosity into opportunity.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales coordination, real estate sales, or digital marketing.
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready for immediate joining.
- Strong communication skills—in English, and any other language is a bonus!
