What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers warmly, learning about their needs, and helping them select just the right chocolate or gift to suit the occasion.
- Handling in-store sales transactions with accuracy and a smile — whether it’s a quick treat or a large, thoughtfully wrapped order.
- Answering customer queries, in person and over the phone, with patience and genuine care.
- Keeping the shop looking inviting: restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring that everything shines.
- Learning about our products (yes, chocolate tastings happen!) and sharing that knowledge with customers to help them make informed choices.
- Supporting special promotions or seasonal campaigns — creativity and teamwork are key.
- Pitching in to keep things running smoothly, from inventory checks to opening and closing routines.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a retail or boutique setting.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and ensuring they leave happy.
- Good communication skills — friendly, clear, and attentive.
- Team spirit and flexibility — you’re happy to help wherever needed.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
