What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers warmly, learning about their needs, and helping them select just the right chocolate or gift to suit the occasion.
  • Handling in-store sales transactions with accuracy and a smile — whether it’s a quick treat or a large, thoughtfully wrapped order.
  • Answering customer queries, in person and over the phone, with patience and genuine care.
  • Keeping the shop looking inviting: restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring that everything shines.
