What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with genuine warmth as soon as they walk through the door
- Guiding guests through our menu, answering questions, and making thoughtful recommendations
- Clarifying daily specials and highlighting crowd favorites
- Assisting customers with placing orders—always with patience and a smile
- Handling questions, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly
- Collaborating with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Keeping your station tidy and organized throughout your shift
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with the team to help us improve
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service—restaurants, retail, or hospitality are all great
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (spoken and written)
- A presentable, polished, and professional appearance
- Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility
- Friendly, approachable attitude with a genuine interest in people
Nice-to-Haves:
- Comfortable speaking English (a definite plus with our diverse clientele)
- Familiarity with Sharjah’s local dining scene
