What You’ll Be Doing

  • Connecting with new and existing clients across Dubai to understand their needs and tailor solutions from our suite of auditing, tax, and business formation services.
  • Creating and following up on leads — yes, sometimes that’s a call, sometimes it’s coffee!
  • Preparing and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations to prospective customers (don’t worry, you’ll always have the team’s support).
  • Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and regularly updating our CRM system with insights and activity.
  • Attending local networking events, business forums, and client meetings — you’ll be out and about representing Wealthub.
  • Collaborating closely with our auditing and consulting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Staying up to date on the latest business setup trends and regulatory changes in the UAE market to better support your clients.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on sales or business development experience, preferably within professional services, finance, or consulting.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) — you’ll be the voice of Wealthub to our clients.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas, negotiating, and closing deals with a diverse range of clients.
  • Initiative and drive — you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with auditing, tax, or company setup services in the UAE.
  • Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.).
  • A knack for building lasting client relationships.
