What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person at our Indoor Sales desk.
- Listening to customer needs and tailoring solutions from our logistics and supply service offerings.
- Following up on leads, nurturing client relationships, and keeping pipelines robust and active.
- Collaborating closely with your team (and occasionally engaging in some friendly, results-driven competition).
- Keeping detailed records of calls, feedback, and negotiations—accuracy matters in our business!
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with commissions for those who go the extra mile.
- Staying updated on industry trends to help us adapt and stay ahead in Dubai’s dynamic market.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, ideally focusing on Tele Sales or Indoor Sales within logistics or supplier industries.
- Strong communication skills in English (bonus points for other languages).
- Currently residing within the UAE (any nationality welcome).
- Confidence, resilience, and a knack for turning conversations into results.
- A positive attitude and openness to feedback and learning.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of Dubai’s logistics sector or supplier market.
- Experience working within a multicultural sales team.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools.
