About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever wondered what it really takes to drive a business forward in one of Dubai’s most vibrant business hubs? As a Sales Executive at Jumeirah Lake Towers, you'll be right at the heart of opportunity — cultivating new partnerships, discovering fresh leads, and helping our dynamic team hit ambitious goals. This isn’t just another sales role; it’s a chance to sharpen your craft in a fast-moving market where every connection can make a huge difference.
About the Company
We’re not the biggest sales team in town, but what we lack in size, we make up for in energy and adaptability. Our office hums with possibility, and there’s a genuine spirit of collaboration you’ll feel the moment you walk in. Fridays might see spirited discussions over coffee about that week’s wins (or creative brainstorming sessions for the next big pitch). Growth isn’t just a buzzword here — it’s something we invite everyone to experience together, whether you’re a seasoned closer or just getting started.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively generate and qualify leads from various sources — think networking events, phone calls, referrals, and even the occasional walk-in
- Make persuasive sales presentations (yes, sometimes on the spot!)
- Build and maintain strong, authentic client relationships; follow up like you mean it
- Consistently update our CRM database with accurate lead and sales info — we’re sticklers for details
- Meet (and aim to exceed) monthly and quarterly sales targets; your achievements will be noticed
- Gather client feedback and share market insights to help us refine our approach
- Collaborate with marketing to craft and launch sales campaigns that actually resonate
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in a sales role — real estate, B2B, or service sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with a knack for making people feel heard
- Motivation to reach and exceed targets without waiting for someone else to set the pace
- Solid organization skills; CRM experience is appreciated but not a dealbreaker
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a friendly team
Nice-to-Haves
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
- Local market knowledge — your Dubai connections could be a secret weapon
- Experience juggling multiple client accounts
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary with meaningful commission structure — your wins show up in your paycheck
- Friendly, multicultural team based in the heart of JLT (minutes from the metro)
- Growth potential — we promote from within whenever we can
- Regular team activities (if you like celebrating victories, you’ll fit right in)
- Modern office environment with the latest tech tools (bye-bye, outdated systems)
- Open-door leadership — your ideas will always have an audience
This is more than just another sales gig. It’s a place where your ambition will be matched by genuine support, and your growth will be celebrated at every stage.
