What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with potential clients over the phone (and sometimes in person) to introduce our services and uncover their needs.
- Build new client relationships and nurture existing ones, because to us, every customer counts.
- Confidently explain product features, answer questions, and address concerns — you’ll be a trusted advisor, not just a script reader.
- Meet (and hopefully exceed!) sales targets, celebrating every milestone with your supportive crew.
- Maintain accurate records of your calls and prospect status using our simple CRM system; clear notes mean smoother teamwork.
- Work closely with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and maybe the occasional coffee run — we’re all in this together.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A friendly, persuasive phone manner — you don’t just talk, you connect.
- Good English communication skills (other languages are a bonus!).
- Ability to work from our office in Business Bay — you must be currently in the UAE (visit/cancel visa, all welcome).
- A genuine drive to meet targets and learn new sales techniques along the way.

Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service (but if you’re new, bring your willingness to learn).
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, or a basic CRM tool.
