About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to turn someone’s dream kitchen into a reality—and get rewarded for every step? We’re on the lookout for a talented Outdoor Sales Consultant who knows their way around kitchens, wardrobes, and all things interior design. If you’ve spent the last five-plus years on the move, building meaningful client relationships and closing deals out in the field, this could be your chance to join a team that thrives on creativity, craftsmanship, and client delight. Ready to put your expertise and energy to work in the ever-evolving world of interiors?
About the Company
Step into a company where innovation, reliability, and style are the bedrock of everything we create. With showrooms in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, and an office in Dubai, we’ve made it our business to deliver tailor-made interiors that genuinely reflect each client’s unique tastes and needs. You’ll find a close-knit, driven team here—one that celebrates wins (big and small), swaps design inspiration over strong coffee, and isn’t afraid of rolling up their sleeves to make something special happen. Fridays? Often a chance to catch up, laugh, and share the week’s proudest work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving all over Abu Dhabi and Dubai to connect with new clients—no two days or destinations will ever be the same.
- Showcasing our bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, and interior design solutions, with plenty of hands-on demos and genuine consultations.
- Listening closely to clients’ dreams (and budgets), then proposing creative solutions that spark excitement.
- Quoting, negotiating, following up, and ultimately closing sales—with every win celebrated by the team.
- Staying curious and up-to-date with the latest trends in interiors, materials, and smart storage.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships, so every project leads to the next referral.
- Coordinating with our in-house designers and installation teams to make sure promises become reality.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of outdoor sales experience in kitchen, wardrobe, or broader interior design fields.
- Strong English communication skills—you can explain, persuade, and connect with ease.
- UAE driver’s license—with your own car (given that you’ll often be on the road).
- Self-motivation and independence—this isn’t a sit-at-the-desk role.
- Comfort consulting with everyone from homeowners to contractors and property managers.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with both Abu Dhabi and Dubai’s neighborhoods, building codes, and client expectations.
- Any extra language skills—Arabic or others—would be a bonus in our diverse market.
- A personal passion for interior design (if you love mood boards, you’ll fit right in).
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Company-provided accommodation: Focus on your clients, not finding a place to stay.
- Attractive salary plus commission on every sale—your effort really shows.
- Supportive team environment and managers who care about your growth.
- A role that keeps you moving, meeting new people, and tackling fresh challenges every day.
- Opportunities to collaborate closely with creatives—your ideas will shape real projects.
- Steady pipeline of leads, so you’ll never feel lost or left out.
- Flexible workdays that reflect the rhythms of our industry—some days are quiet, and others are buzzing with activity.
Here, every day brings something new, and every project offers a chance to make your mark. If you’re ready to take the next step in your sales career—and want your work to be as rewarding as it is varied—we’d love to meet you.
